The recent solar eclipse path (Oct 14, 2023) moved from the pacific northwest where I live down through Texas and into Brazil and the Amazon. It linked the medicine of the flowers of Amazon and the PNW and Gaia’s southern and northern hemispheres.
So, when I was guided to create a flower essence of Fuchsia during the eclipse I was intrigued!
The beautiful vivid pink and purple Fuchsia grows out of the waterfall where the Fairy Queen lives at the arboretum in Vancouver, WA where I garden and spend time.
When the eclipse came through, I had my bowl of water ready to create an essence. I walked over to the waterfall and found the caretaker there, a lovely man who tends the land. We chatted and I told him what I was doing. He wanted me to be safe so he walked out by the waterfall and gathered two flowers for me!
At first, I was taken aback as I like to pick or chose them myself. But I realized this was part of the healing of this flower essences: men helping me (a woman) make the medicine. Men keeping me safe from harm. Men caring about what I create. Healing the past wounds of separation between men and women.
I placed a Danburite crystal in the bowl as well. Danburite has a very high-vibe calming and cleansing influence and anchors the flower energy into my body.
Just a few weeks previously, I had selected an Amazonian flower essence that was made by Grandmother Marie Alice Campos Freire of Brazil to take. Over the years, Grandmother has been a beautiful teacher for me and many others as she is one of the International Council of 13 Grandmothers.
Grandmother and her daughter Julia are coming to the area to teach about the Amazonian flower essences once again. I thought it was wonderful that this Amazonian flower essence popped up right before their visit.
And, I will be doing a healing session with Julia on my birthday!
The flower essence that popped up was: Brinco de Princesa Da Mata.
When I looked it up, the flower is a Fuchsia! A larger Southern Hemisphere cousin to my local friend at the waterfall.
Her Amazonian Fuchsia is also called Earring of the Princess of the Forest.
This Amazonian flower essence helped me access very deep, hidden emotions (think eclipse!) and helps women heal. She acts on stuck places in the body.
Maybe instead of Earring of the Princess of the Forest this PNW Fuchsia is the Earring of the Queen of the Waterfall.
I am now taking a marriage of these two Fuchsia flower essences together: Fuchsia and Brinco de Princesa Da Mata. These two flower essences are helping me integrate northern (head) and southern (heart) hemisphere energies and the energies held in the pacific northwest and the Amazon.
I honor how my personal healing feeds into the energy of peace of the collective and for the planet.
