Our womb (or hara) wants to ground into Nature.
This is how we feel content and aligned…
and creatively spacious…
when we are connected with Gaia’s sweetness, flow, enlightening love.
Oftentimes, our womb or 2nd chakra carries the energies of others including children, mates, earth energies, collective or generation trauma.
Grounding your womb (or hara) into the womb of Gaia will allow you to connect with nature and shed what is not yours.
Try this…
- Imagine a column of light from your womb or 2nd chakra flowing down into the earth and connecting with Gaia’s womb.
- Let everything you have gathered or held in your womb flow down into earth for composting. Or, imagine your pelvic bowl as an etheric bowl and turn it over to empty its contents.
- Allow earth energy to rise up into your womb. Tilt your bowl upright and fill with fresh energy, color, love, and light.
For more support, consider using a flower essence to deepen your connection with nature.
When I circle with women in nature, I often give them a few drops of Green Bog Orchid flower essence to take.
This experience has been overwhelmingly powerful.
Every time, without me saying anything, women have naturally felt their wombs connect with Gaia’s womb in a beautiful flow. And, they are able to fully ground and become present.
In addition, I recommend Green Bog Orchid flower essence for those that want to awaken more connection with fairies, elementals, and nature spirits. It is very nourishing for the heart.
I will be guiding Womb Healing & Awakening Ceremony this summer online and in Washington state. Check out my upcoming 2022 Events.
