Women’s Shadows of Power

Are you willing to See in the Dark?

The collective unconscious is a massive human-created field of energy that included our denied aspects (shadows) that gather and collect and grow enormous in strength and power.

Darkness lives here simply because we are not okay with looking at it.

It feels scary and vulnerable. Or too big.

It actually gets bigger and bigger as we resist locking our gaze and opening our heart to all of our humanity. Like a monster under the bed, it strengthens with our lack of acceptance and awareness of it.

We are now in a place where we are required to see, experience, be in our collective situation.

We are being asked to see in the dark.

We need to accept what is present. Stay out of judgement. Love it. Love ourselves.

In my dreamtime, I noticed my shadows naturally integrating into my being. I was accepting different aspects of myself—no rejecting or repelling anymore. I was gracefully accepting the perfection of everything, even in its imperfection.

My dream is teaching me to stand in my power and get used to being an embodied, enlightened, multidimensional soul. And, being a vulnerable human at the same time.

It feels easier than ever before to simply be with my denied aspects.

Okay, there you are. I see you. I see me.

Yes… it requires surrender.

One of my spirit guides, Awa Pia, helps me see in the dark. She is Night Owl Grandmother and one of the Spirit Council of 13 Grandmothers.

Owl Grandmother asked me: Are you willing to go into the Shadows of Power?

It struck me how accurate that simple phrase—Shadows of Power—is to describe the place I am exploring at this time. We all are exploring this at this time.

Shadows of Power has been the story of my life as a woman, spiritual healer, leader, master, and 5D business owner. Yet, I know this storyline is fading as I face my denied personal power again and again, every day, every day. (The planets Venus (feminine) and Pluto (power) are conjunct in my astrological chart.)

My old dramatic series included side-stepping my power, playing naive, closing off my intuitive hearing, being lazy, hiding myself, shutting down, closing up my sexuality, handing-off, being a victim, rescuing others, following my head, playing small, and on and on…

You get the idea. It all makes great reality TV, but I’m not interested in drama anymore.

These are common defenses for women expressing their personal power, will, and choice. Our cellular lineage carries forward old distorted patterns of behavior and society acceptability.

I’m done with that story.

Even though it is hard and even excruciating at times to step up and forward and be myself and use my voice and offer my truth and share myself with others…

I do it. I shine my light. I radiate love. I face the Truth that I AM LOVE. I AM LIGHT.

I stand in my power. I do it for me and I do it for the collective.

That is why I am here.

This is why we are here!

Changing the collective field of humanity’s shadow means each one of us facing our shadows with love and acceptance. It is the way forward.
