Ancient people had a deep spiritual connection to Mother Earth. As a modern society, we have forgotten or even shamed the old ways. Yet we may walk around feeling disconnected from ourselves, the planet, and each other. As we do the inner work to heal this relationship we can bring more peace, grounding, and higher awareness.
Many of us are earth empaths, which means we are deeply energetically connected to earth. We may feel earth and ascension shifts within our own body. As we explore this as a group, we can understand how we are called to be spiritual guardians of the earth and how our soul gifts tie into our relationship with Mother Earth. We will claim our right to feel at home within our bodies and safe on earth once again.
During the online class, we will do a group healing and energetic transmission to clear out fear and oppression that is blocking our ability to freely connect with Mother Earth. We will also be doing a group attunement to awaken our nervous systems to Mother Earth’s energy system once again. Tools will be provided that you can use daily to continue to heal your relationship with Mother Earth and to find more inner peace and greater self-awareness.
