There is a LOT going on right now and it is really important to remember to be awake, discerning, and careful about who you see as your guru, teacher, friend, even spirit guides through these times.
Even lightworker leaders can be compromised. Make sure you are Leading your own life and not Following another.
Stay in your self-sovereignty.
It is easy for those who are empathic, sensitive, and impressionable to take in what you hear and integrate it as your own.
I have done that… and still do at times until I catch myself.
“Guru Cords” can be created energetically from some teachers into your crown chakra when they need energy from you. It happens when you place your trust in another and follow them without taking full responsibility for yourself and your own truth.
Guru cords make you susceptible to everything about the teacher… even their darkness. The cords can sneak in when you don’t expect it.
Take the time to clear your crown of these cords periodically to make sure you are in integrity with yourself.
“Guru Cords” must only be cleared by you. No one else can do it for you. Do not ask a healer to do it for you as this puts them in danger of creating new karma with the teacher or guru, too.
Check to see if you have energetic cords from the top of your head by mindfully sweeping your hand slowly over the top of you head with the intention to locate any “Guru Cords.” If you feel one, trust that feeling and place your fingers around it.
Use your imagination to gently push the cord slightly into your crown and then pull it all the way out. Send the cord with love and light back to its source never to return. Ask God, Goddess, Source, or Creator to fill up your crown with highest light of Christ Consciousness. You can place your hands over your crown to renew your energy.
You may feel lighter and more clear after a cord is removed. Repeat if needed. Then, double check and make sure you have removed all the cords connected to your crown. This will free up your energy and sense of truth.
