After taking the essence, I received messages from my own ancestors and how they connected with the tree. My ancestors told me: “We went to the tree when we wanted something to change. You go in one side and come out the other side changed.”
Then, I dreamed about Yew and how it supports our blood.
Visions, messages, feelings, and my direct experiences inform me of Yew’s energy medicine. I felt my crown open wide as Yew opened doorways for me that were beyond time and space. Earth energy came up from below into my body as well. I saw indigenous people using the beautiful red bark for pouches. With my spiritual sight, I saw indigenous ancestors of the land calling the tree by its original name. Like they were calling to a friend or family member across the forest.
