Do you have a Mother Tree on your land?
Identifying and fostering relationship with this magical tree can make a big difference in how your land feels… and how you feel living there.
The Mother Tree speaks as an Ancestor of land—a wise elder of Mother Earth.
Mother Trees care for land, restore harmony, help clear negativity, circulate earth energy, and ground cosmic fields of light.
They are guardians of spaces and can bring us comfort, support, and even the vibrational energy medicine we need.
Mother Tree helps us breathe deeper by supplying oxygen, air filtration, shade, and beauty.
Mother? Father? Grandmother? Grandfather?
A Mother Tree may be a wise Grandmother. Some trees may come to you as a Father Tree or a Grandfather Tree. Whatever way you relate to your tree kin is fine. I tend to experience different ages and genders depending on the tree.
I use the term Mother Tree here because I see a need to access the sacred feminine origins of Creation through The Mother.
By acknowledging, honoring, seeing, and blessing the Mother Tree, you bring a bounty of blessings to your land as the tree will build the energy and purpose of land.
Where is my Mother Tree?
To locate your Mother Tree, go into a quiet heart-centered space and ask the land to show you the Mother Tree.
Walk around the land.
Let your body relax and feel into the landscape.
The Mother Tree may be the largest or oldest tree or the most dominant one. It may be the one you are are resonating with and have visited often.
It may be right near your front door or living quietly in the nearby forest … it may be a neighboring giant.
When you attune to the Mother Tree, you connect with the Council of Trees in oneness through the individual tree!
The Mother Tree is part of a Tree Council. She connects with all trees of earth in the Crystalline Tree Grid of Mother Earth.
I have also opened my connection to the Cosmic Mother Tree of oneness.
Under the canopy of the Great Mother’s branches is a sacred space to commune with nature. Place a Land Altar here. Make offerings and ask permission to work with the Land Council, the spirits of land. This is a special place to be with the fairies, elementals, nature spirits… and yourself to deepen your core knowing.
